A complete, role‑based invoice management system built for K P Photos, a photography business. The application automates the entire billing workflow — from creating and finalizing invoices to sending professional PDFs via email and tracking business expenses. Key features include a searchable customer database, reusable item master, expenditure management with its own numbering, and detailed reports with CSV export. The app also includes dark/light mode, responsive design for mobile use, and a 3D Card UI with glassmorphism effects. Built with Next.js 15, Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, RLS), and Resend for email delivery, the application is deployed on Vercel and serves as a production‑ready solution for small business invoicing.

HCD-INV is a full-stack invoice and business management application developed for Honest Car Decor to streamline daily operations, customer management, vehicle tracking, invoicing, expense management, and business reporting. The system features a mobile-first responsive interface, allowing staff to create and manage invoices efficiently from desktop, tablet, or mobile devices. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase, the application includes customer and vehicle management, draft and finalized invoices, PDF generation, email delivery, expense tracking, role-based access control, and real-time business dashboards. The project emphasizes clean architecture, secure database design with Row Level Security (RLS), and an optimized user experience for small and medium-sized businesses.

The application streamlines daily laundry tracking with immutable version‑controlled entries, correction history, and detailed reporting. The system supports two user roles: Admin (full control including customer deletion) and Operator (data entry and corrections). Key features include a 5‑field data entry form (Date, Customer, Ironing, Saree Ironing, Dry Cleaning), a searchable customer database with on‑the‑fly addition, version‑controlled corrections with audit trails, and soft delete for customers (admin only). The app includes comprehensive reports (Daily Summary, Change History, Customer‑wise, Date Range) with CSV export and A4‑optimized print functionality. Built with Next.js 16, Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Row Level Security), and Tailwind CSS, the application is deployed on Vercel and serves as a production‑ready solution for laundry service data management.
